This means that, before starting your internship or fellowship, you need to submit the following documents: Hepatitis B: A titer above 10 IU/L (for surgical specialties, above 100 IU/L). Proven immunity to Measles, Rubella, Mumps, and Chickenpox. Vaccination against Whooping Cough, received less than 5 years ago. Negative Mantoux test or IGRA, no older than two weeks. In case of latent TB, a chest X-ray must be provided. Negative MRSA culture, no older than 2 weeks.
