Administration fee: The administrative fee is based on the duration of the fellowship, USD 300 per 1 month, USD 500 USD for 3 months
The administrative fee covers the institutional arrangements required to host an international fellow, including: - Administrative processing and coordination with the Department of Orthopaedics and hospital units - Issuance of supporting documents/letters for fellowship-related purposes (e.g., invitation/acceptance letters) - Hospital onboarding and coordination for observership access (as applicable) - Identification badge/registration processes and internal approvals - Coordination of mandatory institutional briefings/orientations (e.g., safety, infection control, local policies)
